The new malware scanner allows ADTECH clients to ensure the delivery of clean flash ads and prevents users from being exposed to infected websites after a click. Scans are carried out automatically with a detailed analysis of any flash creative uploaded through ADTECHs Helios IQ.

"Helios IQ will display a warning message as soon as the program detects manipulated code in the flash file,” comments Dirk Freytag, CEO at ADTECH. “Thus, we protect users from a nasty surprise."

ADTECH has identified the algorithms of all known flash manipulations and has stored these in the malware scanner. The program is continuously updated, meaning ADTECH can guarantee the highest level of protection from banner manipulation at all times.
