ADTECH SIGNS MUSIC NATION AS NEWEST CLIENT FOR AMERICAN OFFICE

Artist Development Company Turns to ADTECH for Ad Serving Solutions

NEW YORK, USA – November 7th, 2006. ADTECH (www.adtech.info) announced today that it has signed an ad serving agreement with artist development company Music Nation
(www.MusicNation.com). Music Nation is the latest client to sign with ADTECH’s new American outpost, which opened in September in New York City.

Founded in April 2006, Music Nation, a Brooklyn, New York-based start-up, has reached agreements with three major record labels—Epic Records (U.S.), Mercury Records (Europe and Latin America), and Typhoon/EMI (Asia) —and Clear Channel Radio to launch a first of its kind, multi-genre online video music competition to empower musicians across the globe. Music Nation will accept entries for the U.S. competition in mid-November for free – inviting musicians and bands ages 13 and older to submit their video entries in the rock, pop and/or urban genres at www.MusicNation.com or local Clear Channel Radio station websites for a chance to be among three winners of a recording contract with Epic Records. Entrants will submit $25 with their videos to compete after January 1, 2007. The winners will also be showcased on STRIPPED, Clear Channel Radio’s exclusive in-studio performance series.

As Music Nation developed their platform for video entries and fan involvement, they knew an easily manageable ad serving solution would be a critical component of the site’s launch. Music Nation’s executive team found ADTECH to be the best solution for Music Nation’s needs in rolling out the competition to both musicians as well as fans.
